Nebelhornbahn: Visitors to Oberstdorf can’t miss a ride on the Nebelhornbahn, which ascends to the 2,224-meter peak of the Nebelhorn mountain. From the cable car station, travelers can get a panoramic view of the Bavarian and Swiss Alps as well as the nearby ski area. The station is open every day from 8am to 4:30pm and entrance fees cost around €25. 

Schattenberg: The Schattenberg is a traditional Tyrolian castle, located in the center of Oberstdorf. The castle dates back to the 16th century and offers beautiful views of the nearby Parseierspitze mountain and the surrounding countryside.
